What is online coaching?

My online coaching membership allows you to achieve results, no matter where you are. Once you sign up for a membership, you will gain app access and be able to complete your onboarding. Based on the information you provide I will design an individualised training and nutrition program for you to follow, whether in the gym or at home. I will then work with you via check–ins, live coaching calls and in-app messaging to provide the perfect amount of support, coaching and accountability for you to reach your goal.

Is online personal training effective?

Online personal training with me is incredibly effective. By choosing to train with me you could potentially save years of time and effort trying to navigate the vast amount of fitness information available on your own and instead have access to my tools, knowledge and expertise to help you reach your goal, faster, wherever you are in the world. Your training program will be tailored to your requirements and I will work with you to adjust the plan as necessary based on your progress.

Do I need access to a gym?

In short, no. I can provide bodyweight or minimal equipment programs, however access to a gym is highly recommended.

How often do I need to train?

This is completely up to you and is based on your lifestyle, preferences and goals. Some people may only have 20 minutes per day to train and others may have 1 hour a few times per week. I will take all of your information into account when creating your personalised plan.

What qualifications do you have?
